During a press conference today President Bush solidified his Bizarro Iraq philosophy by pointing out that the increasingly sophisticated and violent attacks occurring in Iraq are a sign of "desperation", indicating that things are getting better.

I suppose this means we should cross our fingers and hope for an all-out guerrilla offensive. That would be really desperate, indicating that we're practically finished.
