Swartzie met with the energy people two years ago and made an agreement to eliminate Bustamonte's (sp?) Lawsuit for 9 billion to be recovered from them.

Almost immediately after the election the release went out that this was to be settled for
pennies on the dollar. Now they will return ~$400 million instead of $9 billion.
